Who gets invited to the Beach Trip?
o 20+ year employees
o Managers and Region Staff
o 7 regional Service Leader of the Year (SLY) Winners
o 7 regional CCS Leader of the Year (CCSLY) Winners
o Residential, Commercial Team Leaders and PMPs who meet the following sales criteria:
§ Option 1: $125,000 in sales
§ Option 2: $100 recurring unit and $65,000 in sales
o Salesmen for Residential: $250,000 in sales
o Salesmen for Commercial: $180,000 in sales
o Top 10 CCS’ in “Beach Trip Unit Sales” (This includes pest, mosquito and QLS sales)
What is the Agenda?
Official agendas will be provided prior to the trip and will be included in the registration packets upon arrival.
· 1:00 – 4:00 pm Friday: Sales Awards Ceremony (Be sure to wear your region colors for team spirit!)
· 5:00 pm Friday: First time attendees private reception
· 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm Friday: Reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Dress: Business Casual
· 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm Friday: YES, Karaoke is BACK!
· 7:00 am Saturday: (Lobby) Registered Golfers meet in hotel lobby.
· 10:00 am Saturday: (Emerald Ballroom) Cornhole Tournament begins. Snacks and beverages will be available
· 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Saturday: Pre-Banquet Reception
· 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Saturday: Banquet and Special Recognition to include SLY and CCS of the Year Awards
· 8:00 pm – midnight: Dancing and socializing (bring your dancing shoes!)
· Sunday check out and departure by 11:00 am
Should my guest attend the Friday Program?
Yes! We give away fun door prizes and you or guest may win something! You must be present to win! Sales Awards will be presented at this time. Since sales awards will be presented, you may want them there with a camera ready! We will have a photographer, but it’s always fun to have your own pictures of the special time!
What kind of clothes should you bring?
Friday meeting: Casual (Wear your region spirit colors!)
Friday evening reception: Business Casual
Flip flops, hats, sunglasses, etc. are NOT business casual.
Saturday reception and banquet: Coat and tie; dressy.
Are children allowed to come to events?
None of the events are child friendly. Should you have to bring children on this trip, please make sure you have arranged for child care in advance.
Can you arrive early or stay late?
Yes! Please enter the date you plan to arrive and depart when you register. If you extend your registration beyond Friday through Sunday, you will be required to pay the hotel for extra nights upon arrival. The standard guestroom fee is $199+ plus tax and hotel fees, per night. Thursday night will be at your own expense. DO NOT CONTACT HOTEL REGARDING RESERVATIONS. What events are mandatory during the trip?
We ask that you and your spouse/guest attend the Friday Meeting and the Saturday Banquet and Awards presentation.
What is the spending allowance for meals?
We will provide $60 in cash for each attendee. If you are bringing a spouse or guest, we will also provide $60 for that person. You MUST provide the first and last name of your guest in your registration to receive the allowance for them.
*Purchase cards may NOT be used for meals or extra room nights.
Is there a smoking policy in the hotel?
The hotel does not allow smoking except in a designated area outside. You will be charged a fine up to $200 by the hotel for smoking in your room.
