Check In:
Please report to the hotel desk for your keys. The hotel desk will direct you to the Terminix desk and meeting room. Please visit the Terminix registration desk for name tags, meal allowance, etc. before 1:00 on Friday afternoon. Reservations for everyone who requested a room for Thursday night have been made.

Friday's Awards Presentation:
Our Awards Presentation will begin promptly at 1:00 on Friday afternoon. Please be on time. If you cannot avoid being late, then please quietly enter the ballroom room. Remember, ALL SALES AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED AT THIS MEETING!

Check Out:
When you check out, please return your keys to the hotel registration desk. You must settle up any food, beverage, telephone charges, etc. before leaving. Please remember that hotel telephone charges are expensive. You may want to use your cell phone instead of the hotel phone. This is a non-smoking property. You will be responsible for charges incurred for smoking in your room. Charges can be as much as $200.

Dress for Events:
Friday Awards Presentation will be casual. You are encouraged to wear your region colors. On Friday evening the dress code is Business Casual. Shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, etc. are not considered Business Casual. On Saturday evening, the dress code is Coat and Tie/Dressy.

Children:
These functions are not “child friendly.” If you absolutely must bring children, please make arrangements for their care while you are occupied. Hotel rooms are standard with 2 double beds. The meeting, cocktail party, and banquet are not suitable for children.

Designated Drivers:
If you plan to leave the hotel area after consuming alcoholic beverages, a DESIGNATED DRIVER will be required, without exception! Uber is available at your own expense.
